Your feedback is appreciated. We want this record to be accurate. If anything on this site is not accurate (a word, a date, a name or a speaker), please tell us. Every page has a Report a correction button that brings you here with the page filled in.

This site quotes recordings, transcripts and documents, and every quotation is meant to match its source. If you find a mistake, or you have a recording or document that belongs in the record, please send it.

Send a document or recording

Recordings, transcripts, minutes, letters and notices are the backbone of this site. If you have something that belongs in the record, send it to contact@laestadianrecord.org as an attachment.

  • Say what it is. The meeting or event, the date, who recorded or wrote it, and how it came to you.
  • Large files. Most email services stop at about 20 to 25 MB. For a long recording, send a share link instead (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer or similar) and make sure the link lets anyone with it download the file.
  • Originals are best. Send the original recording or file if you can, not a re-recording or a screenshot. If you have only part of a meeting, send what you have and say so.
  • Nothing is posted without review. Every item is checked, and only what bears on the matters documented here is published.

Privacy

  • Messages go to contact@laestadianrecord.org and nowhere else. This page does not store anything you type; it only writes the email for you.
  • Your name and email address are not published.
  • Personal medical details, family matters and details about children are removed from posted transcripts and muted in the recordings. If you see something of that kind that was missed, report it and it will be taken down first.
